Creekside opened the match by taking a 3-1 lead, but with the help of two-game winners Keith Baugher and Norm Brown, Cliff Room won 6 of the next 9 games to go on the hill at 7-6. Gruel handed Brown his only loss of the night to tie the score at 7-7, then Andrew Wood stepped to the table and beat Donald Jordan, giving Creekside the match. 10th place Creekside 2 improved to 4-8, while 11th place Cliff Room 3 fell to 2-10. | |

| Don Q's 2 held a tight rein on Endless Summer's top player, but every other player on Endless Summer's team took up the slack in their 8-7 victory. Endless Summer sprinted out to a 7-2 lead, and the match looked well in hand. Don Q's wasn't finished, however, and they made a valiant effort to recover, winning all but one of the final six games. Three-game winner and captain Adam Priddy put Endless Summer over the top with his win in game 12. Ken Hilton led Don Q's with two wins and a table run. | Don Q's 1 needed and got a perfect beer frame, coming from behind to defeat host Monty's 1 by a 9-6 score. This match started off as a wild affair where the first nine games saw a lead change. When Mundo Burques won his second game of the night, Monty's edged ahead of Don Q's, 6-4. Don Q's took over from there, winning the last five games of the night. | In the banner match of the week, host Sportsman 1 started and ended the match with fireworks, but a patient Break Time 4 squad rode a four-game middle-of-the-match win streak to an 8-7 victory. Sportsman's "Pistol Pete" Conover opened the match with a break-and-run, his fifth table run this season in the opening frame. Two-game winners Steve Moreno and Luis Hernandez answered to put Break Time ahead 2-1. The match went back-and-forth like this through the first seven games. Break Time opened the second frame with four straight wins to take a commanding 6-3 lead. Sportsman was able to close the gap to 6-5, but Jim Green and Martin Hernandez then both posted their second game wins of the night to give Break Time its eighth win. Harry "The Hat" Peltz had a table run in game 14 and Chris "The Ripper" Ackler ended the match with a break-and-run, his third win of the night, to finalize the score. Both teams made key mistakes to cost them games, but the difference in the match was Break Time's ability to grind out several long, safety-filled games. With the win, Break Time 4 (11-1) regains 1st place in A Division. This was the first loss of the season for 2nd place Sportsman 1 (11-1). | |

| Cliff Room 2 recovered from their first loss of the season to post an impressive 13-2 victory over visiting Brewco Lounge 2. Three-game winner Maurice Elias got things rolling for Cliff Room with a break-and-run in the opening game. Down 3-0, Brewco Lounge's Eric Kaiser and Ian Cox won two of the next four games, but the rest of the night belonged to Cliff Room. Cliff Room's Jack Poet and Jim Zambelli joined Elias in the three-win circle. 1st place Cliff Room 2 improved their record to 12-1. Break Time then won 3 of 4 to make the match interesting, but Cliff Room ended the suspense by winning the last three games. After Bak Dor's Bob McLean opened the match with the first of his three game wins, Roundin Third answered with three straight to take a 3-1 lead. Bak Dor quickly tied the score at 3-3, but two-game winners Joe Mitchell and Krista Topete responded with wins to regain Roundin Third's two-game advantage. Bak Dor then went on a four-game tear to go on the hill at 7-5, and two games later, Daniel Drnavich bested John Owen to give Bak Dor the victory. With the win, Bak Dor 2 (5-8) jumped from 10th to 8th place. Captain Brian Guajardo also had two wins to lead Roundin Third 1 (4-9), who fell back to 9th place with the loss. | |
