| In the biggest regular-season match this league has seen in several years, Break Time 4 overcame an early 3-1 deficit to defeat Sportsman 1 and clinch the "A" Division crown. There were serious fireworks going on early in this match as 5 of the first 9 games were table runs. Sportsman's Pete Conover opened the match with a table run against Luis Hernandez, then in game 6, Luis returned the favor by table running Sami Severson. When Leana Finley scored a table run in her first game of the night, Sportsman held a 3-1 lead. Break Time won the next four games, capped off by a Jake Speer table run, to make the score 5-3. Chris Ackler temporarily stopped the Sportsman bleeding with a break-and-run against Martin Hernandez, but Break Time continued their roll, winning 5 of the last 6 games to win easily, 10-5. Steve Moreno led Break Time with three wins. Finley was the only two-game winner on Sportsman. Sportsman's five game wins were just enough to keep them in a tie with Don Q's 1. Since Sportman 1 (21-3, 243) defeated Don Q's 1 (21-3, 243) twice this season, Sportsman wins the tie-breaker, takes 2nd place, and earns a first-round bye in the playoffs. Three-game winner Justin Brown helped give Creekside an early 3-1 lead, but two-game winners Pete Garcia and Norm Brown both won for Cliff Room to tie the score at 5-5 heading into the beer frame. Creekside took over from there, winning three straight to clinch the match. | 3rd place Don Q's 1 dominated the beginning and end of their match at 4th place Monty's 1, winning 9-6, but a goose egg in the middle frame cost them a shot at 2nd place in "A" Division. Don Q's jumped out to a 4-1 lead, capped off by a Jeff Azevedo break-and-run. The only Monty's game win was by captain John Bushnell, who downed Don Q's captain Jim Holloway. Bushnell started off the second round with his second win of the night, sparking his team to a 5-game win streak that put them in the lead, 6-4. Don Q's returned the favor, winning all five games in the beer frame. Azevedo, Larry Smith, Brent Boone, and Robert Rosa each finished the night with two game wins. With 2nd place Sportsman 1 losing 10-5 at Break Time 4, Don Q's needed 10 game wins to overtake Sportsman, but they fell one game short. Don Q's 1 (21-3) will be seeded 5th in the playoffs and will play 12th seed Cliff Room 1. 7th seeded Monty's 1 (18-6) will take on 10th seed Moose Lodge 2 in the first round of the playoffs. | |

| After their stunning week 24 upset of Sportsman 1, 6th place Endless Summer stumbled to the finish line, losing their last two matches. 5th place Don Q's 2 sprinted out to a 5-1 lead and was comfortably on the hill at 7-2. Endless Summer, behind two-game winners Adam Priddy and Eric Torbet, won the next three games to close the gap to 7-5, but three-game winner Nick Testa ended his night with a table run that sealed the victory for Don Q's. Steve Myers also had three wins for Don Q's 2 (17-7), who will be seeded 9th in the playoffs and face 8th seed Monty's 3. Endless Summer (14-10) is the 11th seed. They will face 6th seed Break Time 5 next Tuesday. | |

| 6th place Cliff Room 1 entered their match with Break Time 2 knowing they would be the 12th seed in the playoffs no matter what, but Cliff Room put on a fireworks display anyway, winning 13-2. Cliff Room won the first eight games of the match before two-game winner Ed Ogden got Break Time on the board. Dave Clark, Gene Manriquez, and Terry Howell each won three games for Cliff Room. Cliff Room 1 (15-11) will face 5th seeded Don Q's 1 next Tuesday in the first round of the playoffs. 11th place Break Time 2 finished the season at 8-18. | |

| Monty's 3 simply needed a win to maintain 4th place in "B" Division, and they wasted no time as they took 8 of the first 9 games, going on to defeat visiting Carp Billiards, 12-3. Phil Beach and Jim Steele combined for six game wins for Monty's 3 (18-8). Zack Fisher, H.A. Johnson, and Dave Deanda each had one game win for 10th place Carp Billiards (10-16). Monty's 3 was able to stay one step ahead of 5th place Moose Lodge 2 throughout the last seven weeks of the season, earning themselves the 8th seed in the playoffs. Monty's 3 will face 9th seed Don Q's 2 next week. | |

| 1st place Cliff Room 2 (24-2) only had to show up in their match at Brewco Lounge 2 in order to clinch the "B" Division title. What they got was a good dog fight. The two teams traded wins in the first two frames, with neither team holding more than a one-game lead. Cliff Room ended the suspense in the beer frame, winning the first three games to secure the victory. Brewco took the last two games to make the score 8-7. Jon Almasco led Cliff Room with three wins and a table run. Teammate and division leader Jim Zambelli dropped his first two games, but he won the last to stay tied in the standings with Mike Rys, who also lost two games. Raffael Housler subbed nicely for Brewco Lounge, winning all three of his games. Cliff Room 2 enters the playoffs as the top seed. After their bye week, they will play the winner of the Monty's 3 / Don Q's 2 match. 7th place Brewco Lounge 2 (13-13) blew a golden playoff opportunity by losing 5 of their last 6 matches. | |

| In a match between two powerhouse teams that had more individual implications than team drama, 2nd place Monty's 2 (23-3) utilized a perfect beer frame to come from behind and defeat 3rd place Break Time 5 (21-5) by a score of 9-6. The two teams split the first six games, with Monty's Alfonso Lazaro and Rigo Morales scoring table runs. Dave Thomas and Mike Rys then posted back-to-back wins to give Break Time a 5-3 lead. After splitting the next two games, Monty's hunkered down and won the last five games of the match. Lazaro led his squad with three wins, while Break Time was paced by two-game winner Ed Martin. These two teams entered the contest virtually assured of maintaining their team standings, however a few individuals were battling for big money atop the "B" Division standings. Mike Rys entered the contest tied for the division lead with Cliff Room 2's Jim Zambelli. Rys lost two games, but so did Zambelli, so the two end up as co-champions. Monty's Ismael Huerta started the evening in 3rd place, 5 points ahead of Zambelli's teammate, Maurice Elias. Huerta lost two games and Elias won two games, moving Maurice ahead of Ismael in the standings. Monty's 2 will be seeded 3rd in the playoffs and earned a first-round bye. 6th seed Break Time 5 will face 11th seed Endless Summer next Tuesday to open the playoffs. | |
